6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • MapMyKarma shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages

  • This includes loss of income, emotional distress, business loss, relationship outcomes, or life decisions

You explicitly agree that:

Any decisions you make after a consultation are entirely your own responsibility.

7. NO GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES

  • Timeliness

  • Results or outcomes

All services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

8. CONFIDENTIALITY

All consultations are treated as confidential.

However, confidentiality does not apply where:

9. BOOKINGS, PAYMENTS & FEES

  • All fees are payable in advance

  • Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated

  • Payments are processed via third-party payment providers

  • We do not store payment card information

Refund Policy

  • All consultations are non-refundable

  • Missed appointments are not eligible for refunds

  • Rescheduling may be allowed at our discretion if requested in advance

10. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

  • You must request rescheduling at least 24 hours before your session

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of fees

  • MapMyKarma reserves the right to reschedule or cancel sessions when necessary

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website, including:

  • Logos

  • Branding

  • Consultation materials

  • Written summaries

is the exclusive intellectual property of MapMyKarma.

You may not:

  • Copy

  • Reproduce

12. RECORDING & MISUSE

  • Recording sessions without explicit permission is prohibited

  • Unauthorized sharing of consultation content is forbidden

  • Misrepresentation of our services is not allowed

Violation may result in:

  • Immediate termination of services

13. THIRD-PARTY LINKS & SERVICES
